A "Fit" status generally indicates that the applicant has successfully passed the required medical examination and meets the applicable health requirements established by the destination GCC country. Final visa decisions remain subject to the relevant authorities.

According to official information published by Wafid, the medical report is usually prepared within 26 days. However, in most real cases, the report is released within 7–10 days. The processing time may vary depending on the medical center and the type of examination.

If an applicant already has a valid medical report in the system, they can rebook a new appointment 2 months after the issue date of the existing report.

Applicants may be considered Unfit if they have certain infectious diseases (such as HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B or C, Tuberculosis, Malaria, or Leprosy), serious lung conditions, major organ failure (kidney, liver, or heart), uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes, cancer, psychiatric or neurological disorders, significant physical disabilities affecting work ability, or severely low hemoglobin levels. The final decision is made according to the applicable Wafid medical standards and examination results.

If you are declared Unfit in the Wafid medical examination, the standard guideline requires a two-month waiting period before you can reapply for a new medical appointment. Once this waiting period is completed, you are eligible to book another Wafid medical test. However, please note that requirements may vary depending on specific GCC countries, and applicants should always verify the latest official regulations before rebooking.

Fit: You are medically approved and eligible for travel and employment.

Unfit: You have not met the required medical standards and are not eligible for approval.

No Medical Report Found: This message usually appears when:
- The report has not yet been uploaded to the system
- The medical test has been recently completed
- Or the entered information (such as passport number) is incorrect
