No, the system automatically assigns the nearest or available medical center depending on your selected city. The applicant cannot manually choose a specific clinic.

From the homepage select 'Medical Centers List' or visit the official medical centers directory — choose country & city to see all accredited centers with location and contact info. However, assignment is automatic after registration.
What are the Wafid Medical costs? (Appointment + Examination)
🌍 Wafid medical fees consist of two clear parts: (1) The non-refundable appointment/generation fee, and (2) The clinic medical examination fee which varies by country.
- 📌 Appointment / Registration fee (official + banking + service charges): Approx. 15 USD — this includes the official Wafid platform fee, applicable bank charges, and service processing fees. Paid online during slip generation.
- 🏥 Medical center examination fee: Medical Center Fee: BDT 8,500–9,500 (Bangladesh), INR 8,000–9,000 (India), PKR 20,000–25,000 (Pakistan), or 80–100 USD (other countries) – paid directly at the assigned clinic.

How long is a generated Wafid medical slip valid?
A generated Wafid medical appointment slip is typically valid for 30 days. If it expires before you visit the clinic, you must wait for it to clear out or cancel it to generate a new one.
How long is a Wafid Medical FIT Report valid?
A Wafid (GAMCA) Medical FIT Report is generally valid for 60 days (2 months) from the date of issuance. Applicants should complete their GCC visa processing within this validity period. If the report expires before visa issuance, a new Wafid medical examination may be required.
FIT vs UNFIT — what does it mean?
- FIT: You can continue the visa process. The "Fit" status is valid for visa processing (60–90 days depending on destination).
